The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.tradec.co.uk
Please read carefully and print a copy for reference.
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order. All the prices we quote always include VAT at the applicable rate (17.5%) and will be shown in £.p sterling. We reserve the right to change any standard or promotion price advertised at any time.
Payment can be made by any major Credit or Debit card and will be debited to your account before dispatch of your purchase.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any estimated delivery date the seller shall not be liable for any losses costs, damages or expenses incurred by the buyer or any other person on there behalf. The carrier's first attempt to deliver shall be considered as a paid delivery. Delivery charges quoted on this site applies to UK mainland customers only. For alternative arrangements and costs please contact our customer services by email.
Some items are delivered directly from our supplier. For these items please allow a few more days for delivery.
All goods will be dispatched as soon as payment in full has been received. We will always require an authorised signature when delivering goods to you.
Upon delivery of the goods to you, the goods shall be at your risk. In spite of delivery having been made, title in the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid the price for the goods in full and no other sums whatsoever shall be due to us from you. Until title in the goods passes from us, you shall hold the goods on a fiduciary basis as bailee and shall store the goods at your own cost separately from all other goods in your possession and marked in such a way that they are clearly identified as our property.
While we try to hold sufficient stock to meet any orders, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by the customer, we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund you the price you paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days, we may, in our absolute discretion, as soon as possible raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to you.
Age Restrictions
Age restrictions apply to the supply of some goods. By ordering these goods you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that the person accepting the delivery is over the required age limit.
Cancellation
In the circumstances of a customer canceling an order, they are required to give us 24 hours notice prior to goods being dispatched, Such notice may be given by emailing to the email address set out on the contacts page If you are canceling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
If the goods have been dispatched you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return but we may need to nominate the carrier.
Liability
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Complaints
Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we guarantee to respond within five working days. If you should wish to discuss any matter in private at any time, please contact our Customer Services via email.
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms of business will be interpreted and adjudicated under English law.

Tradec do not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We also use web statistics to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site. Tradec does not sell trade or rent your personal information to others. We collect all information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
When you provide us with personal information such as your name, email address contact details or payment details you do so for the purposes of communicating with us. We do not rent or sell this information to other companies - in fact we will never share these details with anybody outside Tradec.
